Caribbean Bay Spa contains various hot spring pools and sauna facilities. The Jasmine Tea Spa is believed to make women more beautiful, the Lemon Spa relieves fatigue, and the Jade-crusted sauna is also beneficial for your health. With the Caribbean Bay pass, you can use all these facilities.

* Kid’s Pool & Running Water Pool
The Kid’s Pool is shallow and has been specially designed to ensure child safety. Its design is pastel-colored and inspired by children’s books. There are various water toys available so children can have fun in the water. The infants’ pool is even shallower, so parents can introduce their babies to water in a comfortable environment. Although the pool is very shallow for adults, it is a perfect place for parents and kids to have fun together.
You can float lazily along the running water pool, which has the ambience of the Caribbean during the 17th century. You can have a relaxing time floating past waterfalls and stone bridges.
*Relax Room and Sleeping Room: Take a nap here if you’re tired out after all that fun in the water.
- Relax Room has massage machines and “relax capsules” for adults. Visitors can also receive an aromatherapy massage.
- In the sleeping room, there are about 50 beach chairs and 10 jade beds. Temperatures in the room remain warm and air purifiers provide clean oxygen, so this is the perfect place for a good sleep. Visitors can rent a large-sized towel here. |

How to Use Caribbean Bay
- Ticket Purchase- Tickets are available at the site ticket office or from the website.
- Visitors who purchase tickets online can use the Fast Gate
- Purchasing Bay Coins- Bay Coin is a prepayment system that is operated through barcode bracelet. You can char
ge your bracelet with a certain amount of money, and spend it to use rental offices, restaur
ants, and gift shops.

- We recommend you divide the amount into small units, in case you are separated from yo

Requirements for Use at Caribbean Bay
- To ensure you have a safe, fun experience here, the items listed below are prohibited.- Mat and food (please keep any food you have brought in the food storage)
- Drinking water/beverages (excl. glass bottles), baby food, and special food required for medical reasons is allowed.
- Glass container, large playing equipment, pet, stroller, etc.
- Please make sure you are not wearing any accessory that can cause bodily harm, such as earrings or hairpins.
- You must wear a swimsuit and a bathing cap.
- Due to the nature of the Body Slide (Quick Ride), you may not be allowed to use it if you are not wearing the designated clothing.
- To ensure safety, guests with a contagious illness will not be allowed to enter.
- Guests with health conditions such as epilepsy, skin disease, heart disease, pregnancy, and menstruation
should refrain from playing in the water.
- Children under 3 years of age must wear waterproof diapers when playing in the water.
- Guests with excessive tattoos that may intimidate others may not be permitted to enter or use the resort.
Please wear clothing or follow the staff’s guidance.
- Children under 10 years of age and the elderly must be accompanied by guardians.
- Please do plenty of warm-up exercises before going into the pool.
- Playing in the water can be exhausting, so please take a 10 minute break after playing for 50 minutes.
- If your body temperature falls, please get out of the water immediately and take a break while maintaining
your temperature with a towel. You may also stay indoors.
- Please put on a life vest before using the wave pool.- When using the indoor wave pool within the red line
- The yellow line of the outdoor wave pool is where the wave falls, so if you are at the yellow line you are at risk of collision. Please stay outside the yellow line.
- If the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity, admission may be restricted. If this occurs,
you may be allowed to enter beginning in the afternoon, based on the proportion of guests leaving.
- We do not take responsibility for swimsuits damaged by using the slides, or any accident caused by negligence.
